Writing a review from Ireland as… Writing a review from Ireland as obviously some people here have unfairly got you guys confused with a company here.

Terrible experience. Avoid. Terrible experience. Avoid them. 4 times my order has not been delivered after assurances. Today it was because the only delivery truck they have needed to go to Cork (I live in Dublin). The last time one of the sales team called in sick the night before and they couldnt let anyone out to do deliveries etc. There is always a story. Its very unprofessional. I have requested a refund. Strongly would recommend you continue your search elsewhere.

I have had nothing but good service… I have had nothing but good service from this company. They answer the phone, delivery was Free! And on time. Materials are what they advertise and very good quality. I highly reccomend this company if your building a log cabin.

Should be re-named ‘COULDN’T CARE LESS’ Should be re-named ‘COULDN’T CARE LESS’. Ordered log cabin, paid 50% deposit. It arrived three months late, after many ignored calls, emails and messages. And after several fob offs and lies. Was promised paint 6 months ago, I’m still waiting. Again, no response to calls and emails. Appalling customer care. Only compliment to this company are the guys who come to assemble the cabin. They are excellent.
