IEExtremely poor service Extremely poor service. I paid for my cabin in September and still no feedback on when it will be fitted, nearly 4months waiting! When I was told it would take 6weeks. Customer service does not exist here, would strongly avoid. Do not believe a word they say. You cannot post reviews on there website or Facebook and when you do they delete them. Avoid using Logcabins4less.ie.

GBNo response I contacted Log Cabins for Less on January 4,2022. In our conversation, the representative said they had enough information to supply me with basic figures and would reply later the same day via phone and email. No response from them. On January 12th I contacted them again, we had the same conversation as the previous week, with assurance that they would reply that day. As of today, January 18th I still have not received any information either by phone or email. I have no reason to spend money with a company that will no follow up after assuring me they will.

IEThis company shouldn't be allowed to… This company shouldn't be allowed to trade. They are constantly changing delivery times no costumer service all they seem to care about is getting the deposit off you and let you sitting waiting with no guarantee of when it's coming. Was told 6 weeks I'm now on week 16 and no sign of the cabin. Avoid avoid avoid

GBConcerned customer Hello concerned customer regarding log cabins for less. Just wanted to give you a heads up if you're doing business with this company I would definitely get a contract signed. In person they say you will only lose 1,500 if you want your deposit back for any reason. Then when you try to get your deposit back they hit you with a 20% charge. Never said that I would take delivery of the product .Have been trying to get my deposit back in full . Received 7.9% of my initial deposit and will not give me a timeline for the rest of my deposit. It's been 66 days since initial contact with their salesman and told them that I cannot move forward do to New York State regulations with the our R value of the logs .They say they do not have the rest of the funds to return the deposit in full .. Will keep everyone posted if they make it right....

IEShould be re-named ‘COULDN’T CARE LESS’ Should be re-named ‘COULDN’T CARE LESS’. Ordered log cabin, paid 50% deposit. It arrived three months late, after many ignored calls, emails and messages. And after several fob offs and lies. Was promised paint 6 months ago, I’m still waiting. Again, no response to calls and emails. Appalling customer care. Only compliment to this company are the guys who come to assemble the cabin. They are excellent.
