IETerrible experience. Avoid. Terrible experience. Avoid them. 4 times my order has not been delivered after assurances. Today it was because the only delivery truck they have needed to go to Cork (I live in Dublin). The last time one of the sales team called in sick the night before and they couldnt let anyone out to do deliveries etc. There is always a story. Its very unprofessional. I have requested a refund. Strongly would recommend you continue your search elsewhere.

GBI have had nothing but good service… I have had nothing but good service from this company. They answer the phone, delivery was Free! And on time. Materials are what they advertise and very good quality. I highly reccomend this company if your building a log cabin.
