An extra fee was paid for expedited delivery, but the "inconvenience" to the company prevents return even if restocking fee could be charged. Most reputable companies will make such a policy clear in its order submission information. Do not do business with this company if you can find the products elsewhere.

Pile weather stripping too stiff The product, double door astragal weather stripping, is generally as described. The pile weather stripping turns out to be a bit stiff, causing too much drag for smooth operation of doors. The doors do not always fully close.

The aluminum thresholds... The aluminum thresholds can on time and with a little bit of trimming fit perfectly. They bridged a 1/2" marble threshold to the tile floor in our Churches bathrooms to remove a barrier that prevented easy access to wheelchairs. . Thanks Quality Door & Hardware
