Hot flashes and no energy fixed If you are experiencing low energy, brain fog, joint pain and thyroid problems you need to give this program a try. My life has been changed for the better and I feel 20 years younger. My hot flashes are gone due to having adrenal fatigue and my cortisol levels are better. Definitely don’t sleep on this program.
