Love the children's vitamins I saw the Facebook ad for the children's vitamins. My daughter was always so hungry at night and not sleeping well so I wanted to try these to see if missing nutrients was the problem. I have noticed she doesn't need as many bedtime snacks. Also, her immunity seems to be functioning better. I highly recommend these.

These really work! My son was constantly getting every cold, virus, illness that went around his school. His immune system seemed to be the worst. Other vitamins didn’t seem to keep him healthy. I decide to try First Day for him after learning about the positive effects First Day could have on his immune system as well as behavior. Wow! I wish I hadn’t waited! These vitamins have kept my son healthy through multiple exposures of some horrible cough everyone on his robotics team got. I am amazed! My kids love them My kids love them. They do prefer the red to yellow flavor. We only do one gummy a day, because we can’t afford these for the recommended amount for all four kids. I haven’t noticed any changes in behavior or appetite, nor really expect to. But I like that they are getting an extra boost on micronutrients in their diet daily.

A supplement that supports child’s overall development!
