My kids love them My kids love them. They do prefer the red to yellow flavor. We only do one gummy a day, because we can’t afford these for the recommended amount for all four kids. I haven’t noticed any changes in behavior or appetite, nor really expect to. But I like that they are getting an extra boost on micronutrients in their diet daily.

We love these vitamins We've been using these vitamins for 4-5 months and largely got them at first in hopes they would help with mood. Moods have improved, and we don't know for sure if it was a school change or adding these vitamins to our routine, but the kids are happy and healthy and absolutely love the flavor and texture of these vitamins. They've also gotten sick and missed less school this year than last.

Since my kids started taking these vitamins almost 6 months ago, I have noticed they haven't gotten sick nearly as much as last year! Especially with school starting and seasons changing. Just an expensive vitamin Besides the fact that my son did not really like the flavor, we saw no impact whatsoever. First Day is no different than any other multi-vitamin. It’s just more expensive. My Instagram account got suspended because I was trying to post the truth. Don’t waste your money.
