Absolutely loved! Absolutely loved the ornament I bought. I reached out to Customer service via email because I received an email confirming that it shipped. However, it didn't show that the item was ever picked up. Either way, Customer service responded promptly and assured me that my item was on its way. I received the ornament and it's way better in person than in the pictures. Customer service even followed up with me to make sure I receive the item and that everything was of quality. It was much appreciated!

Absolutely perfect!! We are SO delighted with the 24x30 (matte canvas stretched board) memorial horse collage your staff designed in honor of the passing of a much loved High School friend. The horse design was key as our school mascot was a Mustang. Your staff provided outstanding customer service and were very prompt in answering our questions, and the placement of the pictures is PERFECT! We couldn’t be happier and are grateful for this experience with your company! I do think you should let customers know that they can choose their OWN saying used on that particular design - or maybe all designs? Had we not asked, we might have chosen another company. Placed an order for a Christmas gift… Placed an order for a Christmas gift but yet have to receive it It was an engagement ornament for my granddaughter. First they said they needed to see the city clearly and than I did everything they told me to do. I received a text that they had corrected it, but so far nothing. I ordered in late November after thanksgiving . It was going to Washingtonville New York.
