I've suffered from insomnia for a long… I've suffered from insomnia for a long time, and have usually only been able to sleep 5-6 hours for years. It also was very tart and difficult to drink. The calories included were also difficult for me since I do try to stick to a no eating or drinking 3 hours before bed. I had to make an exception for this trial for my intermittent fasting schedule (no calories right before bed), digestion schedule, etc.

Worked Pretty Well DELTA worked pretty well for me. It put me into a relaxing state of mind before I fell asleep, and each night I took it, I could gradually feel my body easing into a more relaxing sleep than the nights I did not take the drink. I like how the company is very transparent about the ingredients and benefits. That's what attracted me to trying it in the first place. The drink is a little sour, but I was pleasantly surprised by the lime flavor.
