GBLearning Experience I was able to learn a lot about myself and know why my allergies are acting up and a lot is adding up. Can't wait for my mom to get her results.

GBReports were good but very expensive… Reports were good but very expensive compared to other DNA sites. Paid extra to have Maternal Haplo, only to discover I have to pay another $100 for a Paternal Haplo.

GBThe pros & cons They were great with progress reports and answering questions. Their site has good information on the technology. Their website always says someone is available to chat, but that's not true. I would get automated replies that I would have to try again when someone is available. The box for collecting DNA, upon arrival, was not clear on the proper way to open. I broke it open wrong and had to tape it up to send my samples back. There's no easy way to download or print results. You have to go one-by-one for each report. There's a lot of reports. I'd prefer to download all reports as one PDF, and exclude the history lessons of a country's wars and settlements, and how its language evolved. Or not print what medical definitions are, just my personal info is all I need.

GBCRI Genetics made the whole process fun… CRI Genetics made the whole process fun and interesting. The amount of information they gleaned from two tiny swabs of saliva was incredible.

GBI was actually very surprised by the… I was actually very surprised by the results. I had done my genealogy and found it to be very heavily from Scotland and Norway. Those were not the results I got back. I had failed to consider that was where they had met their spouses, not where they were from. I am interested in doing my sister's. She and I look totally different (face shape, nose shape, body type...)
