USIs cannavessels labs still up and running? I’ve been dealing with cannavessels for about a year I order about 3 delta8 liters a month they are top quality and fast shipping! BUT well I’ve been trying to get in contact to purchase more to no avail are they still up and running??? No reply to my emails no return to my phone calls I hope you guys are okay!

USMy order was cancelled/refunded by Canna My order was cancelled/refunded without my knowledge. I’ve tried to call and email repeatedly to find out what is going on and have received no response. While they “refunded” my order they did NOT refund my payment. I’m currently having to work with the bank. In short they took my money, cancelled my order, have not given my money back, and are unreachable. I’ve tried calling 3 times and have sent 3 emails- no answer and no response, not sure if this is a scam. I have all the emails and phone records to prove this. If this is the type of customer service they provide I can only imagine the lack of quality controls for their products. Please make this right and refund my money and contact me.

USZero customer support. I received my package completely damaged and contaminated..... I’ve reached out all week to speak to someone and the only communication I’ve received is this review request. Perfect!! I’ll continue to wait for a response and maybe this 1 star will get someone’s attention.

USI recently purchased 500 grams of Full… I recently purchased 500 grams of Full Spectrum CBD Distillate from cannavessel after reading some reviews others posted about them being a pretty decent supplier. It has now been over a week as I had placed my order on April 18th and on April 19th I had received an email that my packaged had been "shipped" but only to find out its been stuck waiting for UPS to pick up ever since... It is now April 27th and after calling and calling back after back since last week and this week as well and also getting a text reply from their # stating the following. We are sorry we missed your call, you can email aaronp cannavessellabs.com and a sales rep will get back to you within 16 hours. - Cannavessel Labs Team That was the one and only time I had received a text/ call back or any type of reply from their number so I went ahead and emailed the email they provided thinking, maybe this time I'll be able to reach someone to find out what the heck is going on....Nope, still no reply and this is just so unprofessional as a business to completely ignore all phone calls and emails for over a whole week is ridiculous... Not sure how they are in business running it like this but this is very frustrating as having to do all this work to just speak/ message someone from Cannavessel in regards to a $500 dollar order...which is a lot of money to have been taken out of my bank account and to have the run around.....
