CANO products received & poor service I placed my order more than 2 weeks ago. I paid and extra fee; two days delivery. 1 week passed and I had no products. I started emailing, calling, texting, social media, messengers and NO one was replying to any of my messages. After 2 weeks of trying someone reply with: there is No one at the office and we cannot track your order until Monday. I requested a refund for at least the extra fee I paid, which they finally reply and partially refund. AGAIN! No product received after days of waiting. I sent another email following up and they said; sorry the tracking has not been updated but it was shipped. ( I guess it's just an excuse) Please wait 1-2 weeks for your order. So here I am after more than 3 weeks, still waiting for my products. I expect at this point a full refund on my order.
