Automatic refill Because they say I ordered previously online they put me on automatic refill, which I DID NOT actually agree to. I got notice that my order was shipped (I nev-4er ordered)and after calling company they said I was on automatic refill and my credit card was charged. I do not give anyone access to my credit card for automatic charges - so I told them if they gave me the items for the same price I would keep them and they should CANCEL automatic refill. They were not willing to change the amount debited from my account. I was an office manager for over 35 years and it's not a big deal to credit and debit a credit card. They were willing to lose a long time client over this. A manager would not even get on the phone. This is not a good company to deal with.

I ordered by phone I ordered by phone. Receptionist was knowledgeable and polite. Received my order in just a few days.

Avoid this company at all cost Avoid this company at all cost! Ordered a sample and before I even had a chance to see if it worked they charged my credit card for $70.78! The charge was pending so called the company and a very nice lady said no problem the order was cancelled/refunded and any subscription was also cancelled. The charge went through so I called back. They had no idea who I spoke to but said SHE didn’t leave any notes on my account so the order shipped and the charge was correct. Crooked! If the product was worth anything why do they have to rip people off!?!? From what I’ve read it’s just their business practice! Then the reply says call for more help. REALLY? Supposedly the order shipped April 18. No updates and have not received anything. Definitely a rip off. Shared to all social media! Thanks for NOTHING. Literally

Your savings offers are often too many Your savings offers are often too many, conflicting and difficult to compare. As a result, I try to figure out if I am taking advantage of the best offer but am not sure. Sometimes when I place an order, minutes later I receive an email with a better offer! Also why can’t I but 4 bottles of something so I can save on shipping as opposed to having to buy 3 or 6? I suggest that you should reward your loyal customers with special savings as they are critical to your business. We are in that group and both I and my wife have been customers for over 30 years.
