The house inspection was very informative and the inspector Jory was very helpful in explaining what needed or not needed to be done. The workers, Shane and Cory, were very friendly and professional. We had the attic installation put down, an attic fan installed, and the mold treated. Overall, we are very satisfied with this company.

GBDo not let the flawed inspection or pretend savings suck you in to move quickly-do your homework As others have said they rush you to make a decision so you do not research their costs which are 2 to 3 times higher than others. I moved quickly on installing an attic vent, multilayer insolation and mold removal because they showed me multiple pictures of black mold in my attic. After the work was done, I told them the black mold was still on the wood. The installers told me it was black paint. I made the mistake of not getting copies of the pictures from the initial inspection. Surprisingly the pictures were deleted less than 6 weeks later. They offered me $750 to make it right. That was less than 10% of what I unnecessarily spent. On top of that I had to sign a legal note not to speak ill of them. Needless to say I did not take the money so I could write this review. They kept telling me as I complained that I was the only one complaining and they had a perfect record. If it's so perfect why do they have an electronic system in place to legally shut someone up. My recommendation is you can get equal or better work for much less. Don't let their push for you to move quick whether their flawed inspection is saying there is a problem or of the supposed price savings. I decent company would not play the pressure game of speed. Also they advertise in their brochure the TriGuard insolation is Made in America. The bag it came in said Made in China. I do have a picture of that.
