Had a few concern about how the insulation looked in the attic, called and spoke to the manager Marc about my concerns. Quickly sent out technicians on there nearest service day to get me taken care of. Tech nick and Chris resolved my problems and showed me pictures of the difference! Looks great now !

They were very professional and pleasant and enjoyable to work with. On the downside, the company rushes you to make a decision that day and came the very next day. I definitely felt pressured and not ready to make a decision. The price goes up considerably if you don't sign that day. They charge for miscellaneous items that are unnecessary.
