I had to get the front windshield tinted and they did such and Incredible job with that professionally sound experience they have, as if it was just a piece of cake for them and in no time the job was done without leaving a speck of dust. Customer service and product knowledge Got the Xpel HR Plus tint. They was responsive through my initial contact on whatsapp, answered my questions and even though I was a little late for my Appointment (traffic), they accommodated me and had me out on time. I appreciated the attention to detail.

Impatient rude employees I couldn’t pickup my car on time cause I was being taken to the hospital. Employee kept badgering me on WhatsApp after I told him I sent someone to pick it up, he said that they close at a specific time and he won’t wait even 10-15 mins for someone to arrive. Made me as I’m being rushed to the hosp bank transfer them the money and kept my car out of the store with the key inside cause he couldn’t wait 10-15 mins when person arrived to pickup my car saw that the shop is still open. Rude; disrespectful and employees don’t have half human decency (they knew my situation but just care to close on time). Asked them to let the owner call me multiple times and when he called, I was sick so I couldn’t talk said I will call next day. Then I realized I don’t want to waste my breath on this place. Cause I sure won’t be coming again and anyone I know and anyone who knows anyone I know, will not be coming either cause I’ll let them now how horrible the customer service is and the tint isn’t worth the headache.
