Customer Service Exceptional We bought this to replace a glass table top that broke. Putting the wood disk into place we noticed that it did not sit level. To make it work we'll have to use some small felt pad stick-ons. Also, we could only choose one side as there was a blemish on the other side. All in all, it solved our problem. It's just not perfect. Hence, the 4 stars instead of 5. UPDATE: Bumped up to a 5 star after receiving a nice reply offering to replace the wooden disk. Can't beat that!
