Island Location I live on an island. It is about a 300m walk to the nearest road. I always make sure any contractor knows this. I'm pleased to note that the contractor did tell No.1 this. Being forewarned Jonas, and his team were understanding and helpful. They were polite, on time (even allowing for the long trip, and traffic, Bognor to Shepperton), efficient. If I ever need scaffolding again, Jonas, be warned I will call you first ... THANKS.

Professional scaffolding team Arrived on time, tidy and very professional. No messing about, just got on with a complicated installation without any drama. Great team and would definitely recommend.

Easy to speak to and do what they say So easy to speak to. Charmaine answers the phone, emails and deals with queries quickly. Lovely to speak to and gets things done and promptly. Head and shoulders above everyone else who all too often didn't return my calls or voicemail message. Ooh and the guys who put up the scaffold were great. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. the price is good, but it took few weeks to put scaffolding. Now they can’t dismantle scaffolding for almost a month! they already promised 3 times but never showed up. Answer on your reply: I can't even express my indignation at such a lie! everything you wrote is an absolute lie! I have been talking to you for almost 2 weeks. the price was negotiated without any problems and there was never any doubt on either side. all photos were sent and the location of the house was known to you! the builders were ready to start work but due to the fact that you did not put the scaffolding at the appointed time, the work was postponed by 2 weeks. It's good that they were able to despite their schedule. now the problem is to remove the scaffolding. 3 times you promised to clean up, but didn't show up. each time it is pushed back by a week. This is not how you treat clients! Instead of apology you are lying! I have all the correspondence with you which proves that I was polite, nice, honest!
