They were great to work with I was very happy with the customer service that I got while trying to order a headstone for my brother. They were great to work with. They stayed in contact while it was being made and they are very affordable. The headstone is going to be very beautiful

The customer service was outstanding We had been trying to work with the company the cemetery recommended, but we were rather disgusted with the hard sell, lack of customer service, and high prices. We had something specific in mind, and the company told us they couldn't do what we wanted. I started researching online and found Arcadia Monuments. Lara was very sympathetic about our experience with the other company. She explained their process and how she coordinates everything with the cemetery, including shipping and installation. The customer service was outstanding and friendly, and the price was completely reasonable!

Lara was so understanding Was very distraught over the sudden death of my husband.
