Fantastic Job! New warm roof on conservatory Just wanted to let you know that we are really happy with the customer service, the product and the work being done on our conservatory. Connor, Jamie and Luke did a great job, were very efficient and professional. We were also impressed with Ashley, who did the plastering on a very long day and commute. Also the local electrician James was a good choice and did his part perfectly. We are now looking for new furniture and will decorate it next 😁. When everything’s finished it will be a massive improvement to our home. Happily recommend NECS and Guardian in the future.

A Job Well Done! We chose Dylan from NEC for a quote to modify an fit a remote control system to a VELUX bathroom window fitted on the flat roof on the 2nd storey of our house. My wife and I are in our early - if that is the right label- 80’s and can no longer cope with the 3mtr long pole needed to open & shut it. The window has been in regular daily use for nearly 20 years and we were not certain we would be able to find a genuine VELUX company willing to do the work. We went t North East Conservatory Solutions because their site looked inviting and they listed a VELUX service. We arranged a visit and Dylan arrived on time next day. . We had thought that the window was too old and we would need a complete new one. Happily that was not the case and a couple of days later received a very reasonable quote and a proposed date for the work. My wife and I were very doubtful if we would be luck and get a dry day in view of the awful weather recently. But we were and the crew (2) turned up on time and completed the work with skill and care. We are so happy with the results and convenience of opening and closing the window without the pole we wondered why it took so many years to go that way! Any way; to cut a long story short - If you need a VELUX window fixed call North East Conservatory Solutions - For a solution They have one!!!
