Faulty Velux Window We had one faulty electric velux window which would not open. Dylan sent his technicians to visit the our property and discovered the motor was faulty.We agreed a price with Dylan for it replacement and also fitment of blinds to two of our velux windows. A few weeks later the technicians returned for the work to be carried out. Excellent service from this company, so much so I am asking them to quote for further work to be done to other velux windows we have in our house.

From start to finish very smooth… From start to finish very smooth operation from survey by Guardian to site measure by John from NECS who explained any questions we had to the lads that did the fitting of the new warm roof was extremely professional. The guys turned up early on the 2 days it took to replace the roof and worked there socks and left the place very clean and tidy would have no problem in recommending this company to do any work for you. Even the plasterer did a fabulous job and stayed late to finish and was very tidy first class job all round we love our new warm roof so much warmer than the old conservatory. I would not hesitate to recommend NECS company if you need any work doing top class.

Fantastic Job! New warm roof on conservatory Just wanted to let you know that we are really happy with the customer service, the product and the work being done on our conservatory. Connor, Jamie and Luke did a great job, were very efficient and professional. We were also impressed with Ashley, who did the plastering on a very long day and commute. Also the local electrician James was a good choice and did his part perfectly. We are now looking for new furniture and will decorate it next 😁. When everything’s finished it will be a massive improvement to our home. Happily recommend NECS and Guardian in the future.
