The floor looked great when it was done! The entire process was pleasant. The man who came to visit us in our home, Bryon, was very knowledgeable and had excellent personable skill. He really was the reason we decided to make purchase. The floor looked great when it was done! The workers worked hard and were courteous. We appreciated their effort. We will certainly recommend Go Flooring to our family and friends.

If I could give more then 5 stars If I could give more then 5 stars, I would. More floors were installed on Tuesday , they are fabulous. The customer service from this company start to finish, was exemplary. The product and install were top notch. No high pressure tactics, a small company with a family environment. I highly recommend go flooring.

My wife was especially pleased... The company rep., Javier, was friendly and easy to talk to, he helped us choose the color closest to what we wanted. We liked that it was an American company, using American manufactured (Mohawk) flooring and Made in the USA sub floor material. The installers spoke limited english so there was no communication with them, but they were professional and worked till 7pm trying to get the job done in a day. They did have to return for two hours in the am to finish and they brought a fourth person who spoke english more fluently. They removed linoleum from the kitchen and carpet from the living room and discovered a height difference of a 1/4" so we had to pay an additional cost to add plywood to the living room and hallway, but the seamless flow has a much better look. Great company to work with! Salesman Joe was great to work with! No pressure sales! Install was amazing! The Go Flooring install crew were awesome! Arrived on time and finished entire job in less than 7 hours! Other companies said install would take 2-3 days! (Busting out a lot of tile floor, carpet & hauling all away!). 5 Stars!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable of the product and understood our concerns and had quality answers, Our installers knew exactly what they were doing, moved things out of the way and never broke anything or marked our new floor.
