GBAvoid At All Cost Avoid At All Cost. It’s a scam and I lost $425. Save yourself the time and money and go buy from someone else. I purchased a set of Powerblock dumbbells and they sent me the wrong set twice. I returned both sets and I am still waiting on my refund of $425. I have contacted them multiple times and they do not respond. Completely terrible company. I have started a charged back through American Express since I have not heard from them in over a month.

GBI needed a new lifting belt and went to… I needed a new lifting belt and went to my local national chain sporting goods store thinking I could pick it up quick and easy. They did not have the size I wanted and I honestly thought is was very expensive. I looked on-line and found Unique Fitness. They had the size I needed at almost half the price of the national chain. Sweet!

GBExcellent Customer Service Product received as promised. Customer service was very responsive and responded to my inquiries in less than 24 hours. Shipping was delayed due to the pandemic, but given this product was sold out and/or overpriced everywhere else, we were thrilled to receive it from a reputable company at a fair price.

GBQuality product at a fair price Due to very high demand Unique Fitness warns right on their website of delays. But they responded whenever I had a question and I received my product within the expected timeframe factoring in the delay. The website is easy to use and the prices are more than fair. I trust Unique Fitness to deliver high quality equipment at a good price and they did not disappoint. Would definitely buy from them again.

GBI can't get anyone from the company to… I can't get anyone from the company to reply to my emails or phone calls about where my order (paid for) is in the process of shipping.
