Ordered wheelchair MDS806560 (MEDLINE… Ordered wheelchair MDS806560 (MEDLINE K4) and received real fast delivery (5-29), order number 0528956852. The order was based on internet site description WITH PICTURE which shows leg/foot support including leg calf support. My delivery did include the foot support, HOWEVER NO CALF SUPPORT. This date 5-31-2021 after trying three different phone numbers, all dead ends. Please call me at 843 607-2609 to discuss. My wife is in Memory care and I need the right chair immediately.

A formerly real company is now a fraud This appears to have been a real company once upon a time. Now it clearly is not, it seems to be a fraudulent storefront using the website of the original company. They will not ship your product. They will not refund your money. They will not respond to emails, phone calls, facebook messages, or voicemails. I have a long paper trail of my repeated attempts to get some sort of response from them. ANY response from them. I'm being forced to do a chargeback with my credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Excellent Customer Service Product received as promised. Customer service was very responsive and responded to my inquiries in less than 24 hours. Shipping was delayed due to the pandemic, but given this product was sold out and/or overpriced everywhere else, we were thrilled to receive it from a reputable company at a fair price.
