Poor Communication My entire shipment was delayed, due to one item being out of stock. TVS never contacted me regarding the delay, even after its status was 'paid in full' and 'unfulfilled' on the orders page of their site. I used the "preferred" method of email to reach out, and received no reply. I found a courteous employee on the phone when I contacted them two days later. He let me know the missing item had been received by the warehouse, but could not be sent out for another two days. The package arrived a few days afterward.
