GBSo far so good!! Although I have only been taking the tablets for 4 days, I feel more energetic then normal, fuller for longer and sleep really well at night. For me the tablets work best when I take them at night before bed as when I took them first thing in the morning they left me bloated all day. Will write another review 2 months in.

GBno change So I bought several months worth of the floraspring product and am on my second bottle. I have not experienced any improvement in my digestion of any kind. If anything, I am more constipated now than before I started taking the product. Not sure what to do??? Am pretty frustrated.
