Once you get Customer Service they are GOOD but the company has BAD policies. They AUTOMATICALLY put you on a subscription and there is no way to bypass it or review it. VERY SHADY. They do not have contact info clearly displayed.

NZI want to know why 132 dollars was… I want to know why 132 dollars was taken from my account without my permission. I've sent aimee two emails and have not got a reply so you tell me what's going on. I've had to cancel my card because of this, I'm being honest she said my email was sent straight to the manager and I will be contacted no one has so, I would like a refund of what was taken I was also told by aimee that the person who emailed me is no longer with the company what the heck is going on, can someone let me know please.
