Ann Navarro was helpful and canceled my TWO erroneous orders and fixed it so I was only paying for what I had intended. FYI I am an intelligent, highly educated person and this process was so unclear and easy to make extra purchases. IF this product is a good one, the process still makes it seem like a scam.

I had an ordinarry expirience with the… I had an ordinarry expirience with the company WaypointMD. Not definately not the worst, but not the most impressive. It was definitely meh. The service was standard, perhaps somwhat unambitous. The company lacks advanced features to really make it stand out among the rest, but they do provide a passable servise. Nothing superb, or terrible, just averege or midling. They could definitely afford to step up their game a bit in order to compeate better in the industry. All-in-all, I recieved a sastifactionry servise that fulfilled my needs.

Immediate problem resolution I appreciated the ease in communication and Mary's (#109) quick and positive response and help. My problem was resolved immediately!! And the fact that I can place an order at such an early hour and should there be a problem have it resolved immediately is very very welcomed and appreciated!!!
