GBI had been led through the scammiest of… I had been led through the scammiest of scammy clicks from the ad on Facebook. Ann Navarro was helpful and canceled my TWO erroneous orders and fixed it so I was only paying for what I had intended. FYI I am an intelligent, highly educated person and this process was so unclear and easy to make extra purchases. IF this product is a good one, the process still makes it seem like a scam.

GBCorrect mailing address. In reviewing my order I noticed that the address was not correct. Mary Anne was very helpful to correct it so I would receive my order in a timely manner.

GBIt was never clear what your were… It was never clear what your were ordering. And when you went to check out the supplement offers were talking over the original offer. So confusing the only alternative was to cancel the whole thing.

GBI had an ordinarry expirience with the… I had an ordinarry expirience with the company WaypointMD. Not definately not the worst, but not the most impressive. It was definitely meh. The service was standard, perhaps somwhat unambitous. The company lacks advanced features to really make it stand out among the rest, but they do provide a passable servise. Nothing superb, or terrible, just averege or midling. They could definitely afford to step up their game a bit in order to compeate better in the industry. All-in-all, I recieved a sastifactionry servise that fulfilled my needs.

GBImmediate problem resolution I appreciated the ease in communication and Mary's (#109) quick and positive response and help. My problem was resolved immediately!! And the fact that I can place an order at such an early hour and should there be a problem have it resolved immediately is very very welcomed and appreciated!!!
