Once you get Customer Service they are GOOD but the company has BAD policies. They AUTOMATICALLY put you on a subscription and there is no way to bypass it or review it. VERY SHADY. GBI had been led through the scammiest of… I had been led through the scammiest of scammy clicks from the ad on Facebook. Ann Navarro was helpful and canceled my TWO erroneous orders and fixed it so I was only paying for what I had intended. FYI I am an intelligent, highly educated person and this process was so unclear and easy to make extra purchases. IF this product is a good one, the process still makes it seem like a scam.
