Ann Navarro was helpful and canceled my TWO erroneous orders and fixed it so I was only paying for what I had intended. FYI I am an intelligent, highly educated person and this process was so unclear and easy to make extra purchases. IF this product is a good one, the process still makes it seem like a scam.
