2 samples of my hair were completely different I bought the family package which allows for 5 family members. We only had 4 members so I sent 2 baggies of my own hair but created new name on the 2nd baggie. My hair sample results were completely different!! This is a scam

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have recently had a allergy scratch test done at my allergists office and that I thought I would compare it to this. I have a lot of food allergy that I already know of. This test did not pick up on any of the things that I am actually allergic/sensitive to. I do not trust this company and it seems like a scam.

It said that I wasn't lactose… It said that I wasn't lactose intolerant and I know that I am. That fact made me question all of the results.

This service is not great This service is not great. I purchased the ultimate plan for 5 people and sent in my family's hair. Unfortunately for me I never followed up on this and they never sent me spreadsheet with the results. I admit it is over a year since purchase however they are unable to provide the results or even proof they completed the test. They said they purge all data including order information after 6 months from the order date. Is that even legal, how do they report earnings to the IRS?
