Great customer service We don't order or deal with bathroom partitions very often. In the +30 years I've worked here, this is the 3rd time. That being said, there were a lot of "bumps" ordering these, but Andrew, our sales person, was extremely helpful & went 'beyond' with his customer service & answering all my Uneducated questions. I had a very good experience working… I had a very good experience working with One Point Partitions. After sending dimensions of the bathrooms, they worked up the design with final dimensions. The plans are easy to read. Soon thereafter, I received an email with video installation instructions. Easy!

Great service pricing is a little higher than others I have used ONEPOINT for a few years. I did shop other providers and these were not the lowest priced option but, Due to the service and these are Global products I chose One Point. Simply because replacement parts are easier to find. There are local providers close to me to purchase replacement hardware. My clientele is very hard on the facilities we provide. I am supplied with installation instructions for my contractor and the order ships quickly. I was a installer for several years and global has the best products IMO.
