Co+ does an excellent job of managing all of our remodeling projects, from the small to the huge projects where clients have dozens and dozens of choices to make. The ability to set due dates on their clients' choices is fantastic, helps keep all of us on track. Then there is the project schedule and the job log because all need a place to record the small details. The CoConstruct goes above and beyond and puts together an amazing CoCon, a conference for builders that encourages and grows us all. Try Co+, just remember, you have to eat an elephant one bite at a time.

I think Coconstruct helps both the simple minded personnel, as well allows the wiggle room for more complicity to help the complexity of more corporate requirements. GBThe Co Construct program is a gold… The Co Construct program is a gold mine. It forces even the newest Project Manager to be pro active in scheduling for his or her jobs. Using it and referring to it multiple times a day and referring back to it, makes scheduling and keeping track of each jobs status easy and effective. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants their PM's, whether new to the industry or seasoned with years of experience, to move to the next level of effectiveness. I wish I had this program 38 years ago!
