Quality Service - Quick Response Time Upon having a problem with our CoCo system, I had sent a request for help and received immediate responses and updates. This type of service in this situation means everything to me and my company! It ultimately didn't matter whether the issue was fixed immediately or not, it was the peace of mind of knowing that we were being helped as quickly as possible.

CoConstruct is the best that we've seen… CoConstruct is the best that we've seen out there in terms of communicating with clients we've gone through demos of 7 other programs. So much of what it does that seems simple just doesn't exist in other systems. Purchased by Buildertrend the future is unknown but we've not been convinced that anything out there is better so we'll stay as long as we can.

I think the best thing is CC is completely teachable to any new staff after a few weeks even our juniors are proficient in the system .

The Co Construct program is a gold… The Co Construct program is a gold mine. It forces even the newest Project Manager to be pro active in scheduling for his or her jobs. Using it and referring to it multiple times a day and referring back to it, makes scheduling and keeping track of each jobs status easy and effective. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants their PM's, whether new to the industry or seasoned with years of experience, to move to the next level of effectiveness. I wish I had this program 38 years ago!

Co+ does an excellent job of managing all of our remodeling projects, from the small to the huge projects where clients have dozens and dozens of choices to make. The ability to set due dates on their clients' choices is fantastic, helps keep all of us on track. Then there is the project schedule and the job log because all need a place to record the small details. The CoConstruct goes above and beyond and puts together an amazing CoCon, a conference for builders that encourages and grows us all. Try Co+, just remember, you have to eat an elephant one bite at a time.
