Great Company to work with Great Company to work with We found working with the professionals at Olshan wonderful, they were thorough, took the time to explain a lot of things to us and were very professional. I would recommend them.

The only system to solve foundation failure We have used Olshan on multiple foundation repairs. As an engineer, I can say this is the best system available. If every new house had piers installed Olshan would not be needed. The piers they install are hands down the best. Same concept as what holds up massive buildings or giant rodeways. Their team did a great job. I came in several times to check progress and I can say this is one hard working team. The amount of work they expended to solve the failure was astounding. I want people like this working at my business. They also poly floated an adjacent floor. This was the bigger challenge but they got the job done and now the floor is usable again. I have evaluated the other systems used for this failure and in my opinion as an engineer, they are not nearly as permanent as the Olshan system. The other systems can fail over time but I have never seen or heard of an Olshan repair failure. Great job and highly recommend.

We highly recommend Luis Lopez and crew We were very impressed with crew supervisor Luis Lopez and his team. They were ALL very pleasant and professional (Oton,Jose, Arturo,Mayvon,Julio,Armando, and Carlos).They really seemed to work together as a team and were very efficient. They cleaned up everything after job was completed . It rained several inches during the process and their work condition became muddy and more complex , but they didn’t hesitate and kept working with pleasant attitudes . It was obvious , Luis creates a positive work environment for his team .

An Honest and Thorough Foundation Company Don Ethridge arrived at my home not only on time but a few minutes ahead of time and gave my house a thorough examination. Don discussed with me the concerns I had, and was very knowledgeable about what I was going through. I am very glad I called Olshan and will do so in the future.
