As a team driving trucker, it's hard to get time to squeeze everything in since we're always moving. My trainer is modifying my plan for my convenience. The zoom meetings are helpful to discuss issues and benefits. We'll worth the money invested in this program!

Awesome team. Working with a shred has been so easy. My trainer is available to me. Promptly replies to my messages and is very encouraging. Created a meal plan works for our family’s lifestyle and I don’t have to prepare different meals for them. The business office and support area have also been great to work with. No questions asked when I’ve needed anything, just a “Of course, and this is what we can do”. To me the big difference for the progress having a team behind you to support you. My support at home is great, my VShred trainer, Sidney, is awesome and he has a good support team so… Thanks team VShred
