The salesperson treated us with respect and we even laughed along the way. The installation went very smoothly and we have NO complaints! The only thing that I suggest is this: we had our time slot set 1:00 pm and the workers were here at 8:00 am. Please call the customer the day before if there is a time change in the installation. Other than that, we are a very pleased customer!!
