GBComplete. Presentation by Brett West was complete in that he covered all the bases in an informative and complete manner. The follow_up by Chasten the next day was appreciated in that he confirmed measurements taken by Brett and advised that Eddy would install the shower on August 14. Eddy did a great job. He respected my home and I am well pleased with the results.

GBSelling Leaf System Sales people were extremely good at selling the product and it was installed in a few days after purchase. It could have been moved over 2 more inches to prevent arm rest from rubbing against stair rail and also to accomodate people with longer legs.

GBShower doors still uneven Shower doors still uneven. Silicone turned yellow. Shower floor makes rubbing noises. 2 cracked tiles. Silicone on doors. The guy tried to fix these things...nope didn't fix the issues. I want someone from management (Seth perhaps) out to look at this. And after a week since the reply....no phone call, no email, no visit.

GBPerfect Plus - Service again. My Leaf Chairlift stopped working. And right away,the same Great installer/repairman (TIM BRIETER) that helped me in January came out today for a different problem. Tim found a small stone sitting in the track and the safety feature shut down the chair from moving. Tim vacuumed the whole track, replaced my really old batteries, checked and tightened bolts securing the chair to the floor and my chair was back in perfect working order. Thanks again Tim, for always going the extra mile. And thank you to Leaf Chairlift company for providing such a great warranty program. I was not charged anything.
