Received telephone call from technician … Received telephone call from technician informing me that he was in route to my home. Technician clearly explained the issue with the garage door and recommended what needed to be done to correct the problem. He quickly went to work and corrected the problem. He also did the extra service of making sure the work area was clean. He explained what he had done, pointing out the correct operation of the garage opener. I would recommend this company.

He quickly diagnosed the problem: The main spring had broken in the middle, and as a result the motor had also broken. He had a complete new unit on his truck, and set about to install the new spring and new motor. He then patiently explained to us how the new programmed remotes work and left a brochure and contact number. We were completely surprised to have all the work done with one visit. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole garage opener system due to an opinion from another inspection the day before. Troy fixed a short in a wire and reprogrammed my new car, my fiance's car and my fob for my motorcycle! Also reprogrammed my gated community gate code into all three vehicles.
