Super Easy communication; all email response was promptly and timely manner even thought time difference. They arrage an appoinment in evening, still I recevied the report at night time!! More preciously appoinment was at 6 pm and I got the PDF copy of report at 9.30 pm!! No hesitation in recommending this company! I would have rated the as 10 stars!!!

Exceptional support. Really An INCREDIBLE TEAM. They listen what you want to say and they know what you need! The surveyor Mr Rahman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. As i am currently visiting in the USA, I need to ask my friend to let surveyor access in our house. Mr Rahman visited the house very late in the evening time when my friend finished his work. This is actually the second time I've… This is actually the second time I've relied on this company to provide a property inspection report in support of my spouse's visa application. Both times, I've been thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service they provide. The inspector who conducted the visit was not only courteous and professional, but also demonstrated a deep understanding of the requirements for visa applications. This gave me great peace of mind throughout the process. If you're looking for a reliable and professional company to handle your property inspection report, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them highly.
