Fantastic Experience We could not be more pleased with Marret Carpets, starting with the sales staff through installation. Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. We loved that the carpet was measured precisely before installation and any cutting and seaming was done in their store - no need for anything to be done “in the driveway”. The installers did a wonderful job in moving larger pieces of furniture, tearing up and taking away old carpet, preparing for and installing new carpet, cleaning up afterwards, and replacing furniture. We would highly recommend them for any job, large or small.

We recently had Alterna vinyl tile … We recently had Alterna vinyl tile installed in our kitchen and entranceways by Marett Carpet. In the store, Gary was very helpful in helping us to consider various options for this high traffic area. Once the decision for Alterna was made, an installation appointment was set up within the promised time frame. The 3 man crew was punctual, professional and friendly. This large project was finished in a timely fashion. Our floors are beautiful. We highly recommend Marett Carpet.

Results of laying wood floors down We were happy with the laying of the wood floor after they came back to fix the entrance to the room. We were mislead that they could take the old trim board off and replace with no problem. The end result was not so great and we bought new finished trim boards and looking for another carpenter to install the boards. The final day of the project, there was a very quick exit, with no communication of what we thought of the work. They ended up leaving a door off and some tools behind. Make sure you protect your floors for traffic through the house. They made no effort inside the house to cover the carpet up the stairs and offer no other covering besides your throw rugs over wood floors or ceramic tile.

Gary was the first person I met and he is very knowledgeable about floors. He helped me choose the flooring. Then I met the measuring guy. Very respectable and friendly. Then the guy that delivered the floor. Carrying 28 boxes of heavy material up the steps and stacking them neatly. Very friendly and not once complaining. Then the installers came. These guys were wonderful. There were three of them. They did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and precise. Can't remember the name of the fellow that did the kitchen but he did a beautiful job. Roy and Rick did the living room and hallway. Beautiful workmanship These three were friendly courteous and made sure everything was perfect. I love my floors. Thank you Marett Carpet.
