Ricardo lived up to his promise to be there for us at every moment, and he guided us through the whole process. Any doubt or question we had he clarified everything for us; there were no surprises. It's very important to know you're backed up by real professionals. The roof was changed completely in our absence; we travelled abroad and while away from home we got pictures of everything. We were always updated. And, the way they handled the insurance company must have been superb because we had to pay very little for the tremendous job.
