Issues resolved quickly / Suggestion added within minutes! The support team is extremely responsive and accommodating where they can. I made a suggestion and within minutes it was implemented for me. Although it is somewhat of a work around it will suit our needs until it is fully integrated into the program. Many thanks for the quick response Jack!

This method of Tenant-led, contactless inspections is saving my company a MASSIVE amount of time while still keeping up to date with any property issues and helps reduce contact between my staff and Tenants.
