No Concern for the Renter The app doesn’t seem concerned for the renter’s privacy. you “may or may not share my location information?” So you know when i’m not home, have pics of my doors and locks and the approach to my home. I tried your help page first but it only takes me to articles on how to increase inspection times and how to pester your tenants with emails.

Issues resolved quickly / Suggestion added within minutes! The support team is extremely responsive and accommodating where they can. I made a suggestion and within minutes it was implemented for me. Although it is somewhat of a work around it will suit our needs until it is fully integrated into the program. Many thanks for the quick response Jack!

Great product! Great service! 10/10!!! Great product! This method of Tenant-led, contactless inspections is saving my company a MASSIVE amount of time while still keeping up to date with any property issues and helps reduce contact between my staff and Tenants. The people at RentCheck have gone above and beyond with helping me incorporate these inspections and also listening to my feedback.

This is a Wonderful Team There are some features I would love to see in future updates to the app. But whenever we have encountered an issue for our particular business model, the RentCheck team (Brett Perry and Jack from the online chat) have been so helpful in finding a custom solution for us.
