On Point Assembly review On Point Assembly was prompt in communication and provided competitive rate for the job. The movers were efficient, but not careful moving the furniture - did not use blankets and covers while moving the furniture, leaving small scratches and took the paint off the wall in one or two places. They didn't bring ties or ropes and asked us for it. Also, they didn't clean up after the job was done. Overall, got the job done but not very professional.

Working with On Point Assembly is Amazingly Easy!!! Nothing in NYC is easy but working with On Point Assembly is amazingly easy! I contacted On Point early Sunday morning to inquire about rates for an IKEA pick-up, delivery and assembly. They responded quickly and said they could accommodate me that day! Their rates were reasonable so I scheduled an appointment. Their delivery team arrived on-time, were friendly and respectful by wearing masks. It only took them 1 1/2 hours to assemble a 6-drawer dresser and console table. I highly recommend On Point Assembly!!

I had a wooden gazebo installed I had a wooden gazebo installed. The 3 installers that showed up worked non stop all day until they finished at 10:30 pm. They did a great job and were very professional. I paid a little extra because I was outside the normal service area but it was well worth it. I will not hesitate to use this service again.

I expected a 2 person crew I expected a 2 person crew, only 1 showed up, but this guy worked like a 3 man crew! You could tell he was very experienced and familiar with the construction of these pavilions. Finished the project perfectly and cleaned up like he was never there.
