I expected a 2 person crew I expected a 2 person crew, only 1 showed up, but this guy worked like a 3 man crew! You could tell he was very experienced and familiar with the construction of these pavilions. Finished the project perfectly and cleaned up like he was never there.

Working with On Point Assembly is Amazingly Easy!!! Nothing in NYC is easy but working with On Point Assembly is amazingly easy! I contacted On Point early Sunday morning to inquire about rates for an IKEA pick-up, delivery and assembly. They responded quickly and said they could accommodate me that day! Their rates were reasonable so I scheduled an appointment. Their delivery team arrived on-time, were friendly and respectful by wearing masks. It only took them 1 1/2 hours to assemble a 6-drawer dresser and console table. I highly recommend On Point Assembly!!

MAJOR PROFESSIONALISM/DEPENDABILITY This company stands out due to the level of attention to details as well as customer service that is beyond exceptional. Most importantly, they showed up as expected and finished the project on time as per request. Deserve twice the number of "STARS" imo.! Very happy I chose this company and have saved a lot of time/exasperation trying to obtain reliable personnel for assembly of a pergola in another state which was at my daughter's for a "Mother's Day" surprise gift. Def. recommend and reasonable price point. Steve returned my calls and addressed any concerns w/great customer service skills and all were professionals!!! Will be calling "On Point Assembly" again regarding future projects.

On Point Assembly review On Point Assembly was prompt in communication and provided competitive rate for the job. The movers were efficient, but not careful moving the furniture - did not use blankets and covers while moving the furniture, leaving small scratches and took the paint off the wall in one or two places. They didn't bring ties or ropes and asked us for it. Also, they didn't clean up after the job was done. Overall, got the job done but not very professional.
