Great Service & Products! The support from start to finish was great/prompt! I am sure they deal with missing packages all the time, and unfortunately I had that issue. They were prompt to get another package out to me, and it arrived in a few short days. May I add, Night Shred is by far one of my favorite supplements for sound sleep (throughout the night), and obviously the metabolism support/etc. While sleeping, highly recommend it.

Ordered Innosupps, product never arrived Ordered Innosupps. I live in Germany where Innosupps said they can deliver to. Package never arrived. I asked for a refund multiple times, and never received one. Do not recommend. *Edit* - since they did eventually provide a refund I'm bumping this to a 3 star.

I ordered a big package to Norway and… I ordered a big package to Norway and never received it. I tried to get the money back and I never did. It got stopped at customs which is quite common in Norway, but they should have dealt with this. Now I live in Cyprus and I would still have liked to try the products, but I’m too hesitant now after my bad experience. Shame they never sorted my problem or gave me a refund.

Best Supp brand I have researched many brands of supplements. None to which have the natural and honest ingredients in them like Inno Supps. Not only do they deliver what you're asking for . They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied, even to the point they'll give you a full refund if you are not satisfied in the first 30 days. I feel like it's a win-win. No problems I have never had a problem with receiving my product or canceling a subscription which can be done on line. The only problem I have is when I first started using Inno Shred I lost 15 pounds in 3 months (not weeks) and then the product stopped working and I gained 8 back and I havent changed the way I eat, or stopped exercising. I'm trying to figure out what happened or if my body got used to the product. Other then that, I have had no problems with this company at all.
