Yes, like any items if you buy out of country there are additional fees. Any time I have had issues customer service has been responsive. The products are all quite effective when combined with healthy diet and exercise. Common sense lacking from a lot of the 1 star reviews. No such thing as a magic pill. Their supplements are there to supplement healthy lifestyle changes for better results, not continue eating nothing but junk while not doing any exercise. I highly recommend all of their products. We tried a few things from this… We tried a few things from this company. There are things we can't take and maybe stacking would work but we both took inno shred inferno. 3 bottles. Not an ounce of weight loss. For either of us. I returned an empty bottle
