Great Service & Products! The support from start to finish was great/prompt! I am sure they deal with missing packages all the time, and unfortunately I had that issue. They were prompt to get another package out to me, and it arrived in a few short days. May I add, Night Shred is by far one of my favorite supplements for sound sleep (throughout the night), and obviously the metabolism support/etc. While sleeping, highly recommend it.

No problems I have never had a problem with receiving my product or canceling a subscription which can be done on line. The only problem I have is when I first started using Inno Shred I lost 15 pounds in 3 months (not weeks) and then the product stopped working and I gained 8 back and I havent changed the way I eat, or stopped exercising. I'm trying to figure out what happened or if my body got used to the product. Other then that, I have had no problems with this company at all.

Best Supp brand I have researched many brands of supplements. None to which have the natural and honest ingredients in them like Inno Supps. Not only do they deliver what you're asking for . They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied, even to the point they'll give you a full refund if you are not satisfied in the first 30 days. I feel like it's a win-win. Excellent products and great customer… Excellent products and great customer service. Most of the negative comments I read are unfounded. You do not have to pay for shipping insurance. Yes, like any items if you buy out of country there are additional fees. Any time I have had issues customer service has been responsive. The products are all quite effective when combined with healthy diet and exercise. Common sense lacking from a lot of the 1 star reviews. No such thing as a magic pill. Their supplements are there to supplement healthy lifestyle changes for better results, not continue eating nothing but junk while not doing any exercise. I highly recommend all of their products. Night shred black is my favorite!

Complete waste of money Don’t bother! A complete waste of money. I tried to return within 30 days but I did not read the fine print. Talking to customer service they just say everyone is different. I threw the remaining away so could not issue the refund. I guess next time read the fine print. But please don’t waste your money on this garbage.
