I contacted their customer service who quickly responded and added my promo code so I could get the discount! I also LOVE these products! Great Service & Products! The support from start to finish was great/prompt! I am sure they deal with missing packages all the time, and unfortunately I had that issue. They were prompt to get another package out to me, and it arrived in a few short days. May I add, Night Shred is by far one of my favorite supplements for sound sleep (throughout the night), and obviously the metabolism support/etc. While sleeping, highly recommend it.

Excellent products and great customer… Excellent products and great customer service. Most of the negative comments I read are unfounded. You do not have to pay for shipping insurance. Yes, like any items if you buy out of country there are additional fees. Any time I have had issues customer service has been responsive. The products are all quite effective when combined with healthy diet and exercise. Common sense lacking from a lot of the 1 star reviews. No such thing as a magic pill. Their supplements are there to supplement healthy lifestyle changes for better results, not continue eating nothing but junk while not doing any exercise. I highly recommend all of their products. Night shred black is my favorite!
