Great Service & Products! The support from start to finish was great/prompt! I am sure they deal with missing packages all the time, and unfortunately I had that issue. They were prompt to get another package out to me, and it arrived in a few short days. May I add, Night Shred is by far one of my favorite supplements for sound sleep (throughout the night), and obviously the metabolism support/etc. While sleeping, highly recommend it.

Yes, like any items if you buy out of country there are additional fees. Any time I have had issues customer service has been responsive. The products are all quite effective when combined with healthy diet and exercise. Common sense lacking from a lot of the 1 star reviews. No such thing as a magic pill. Their supplements are there to supplement healthy lifestyle changes for better results, not continue eating nothing but junk while not doing any exercise. I highly recommend all of their products. Night shred black is my favorite!

The Nitro Wood has stopped me having… The Nitro Wood has stopped me having cold hands and feet by improving my circulation. It has also reduced my Tachycardic heart rate down to a more normal level. I have decided to try the Nitro Wood Magnum instead on my next order at the end of the month.

I ordered a big package to Norway and… I ordered a big package to Norway and never received it. I tried to get the money back and I never did. It got stopped at customs which is quite common in Norway, but they should have dealt with this. Now I live in Cyprus and I would still have liked to try the products, but I’m too hesitant now after my bad experience. Shame they never sorted my problem or gave me a refund.
