Best customer service Best customer service! I forgot to add a promo code to my order before I checked out. I contacted their customer service who quickly responded and added my promo code so I could get the discount! I also LOVE these products! I have just started using them but I can already tell the innoshred is curbing my appetite and giving me energy.

Great Service & Products! The support from start to finish was great/prompt! I am sure they deal with missing packages all the time, and unfortunately I had that issue. They were prompt to get another package out to me, and it arrived in a few short days. May I add, Night Shred is by far one of my favorite supplements for sound sleep (throughout the night), and obviously the metabolism support/etc. While sleeping, highly recommend it.

Best Supp brand I have researched many brands of supplements. None to which have the natural and honest ingredients in them like Inno Supps. Not only do they deliver what you're asking for . They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied, even to the point they'll give you a full refund if you are not satisfied in the first 30 days. I feel like it's a win-win. On top of it, their customer service is very prompt and helpful . I will continue to use their products that deliver what you're asking for . Not only will you look better, but you'll feel better.

Worst company and dodgy I ordered the night sleep product to Australia. 1 month later it’s still sitting in Germany according to DHL. I emailed customer service 2x… no response. It took me putting a bad Facebook comment to have them DM me. Then they expect me to get back to them in 48 hours for my package.! Then to make matters worst with this company, I have been charged for another subscription even though I 💯 did not subscribe 😡. I o lay asked for one product so I could try. The dodgy company stole another $100 from me!!! I have asked for a full refund both and still haven’t heard from them. Never agsin. I will buy in shops from now on. C***ts!
