IT DOESN'T WORK! IT DOESN'T WORK! Started taking it as directed. The pooping started as advertised for about a week Unfortunately that was it. Now I have a bloated feeling for 6 months and look fat.

I ordered a big package to Norway and… I ordered a big package to Norway and never received it. I tried to get the money back and I never did. It got stopped at customs which is quite common in Norway, but they should have dealt with this. Now I live in Cyprus and I would still have liked to try the products, but I’m too hesitant now after my bad experience. Shame they never sorted my problem or gave me a refund.

Hidden extra charges… After spending 411 on one of there many sale pitches ?? I recieved and other invoice from fedx demanding another 108 usd at no point are you warned about extra charges and strangely it arrives after return period runs out if this customer service appalling and they dont care and give pathetic excuses that they will need to do better next time .. there will never be a next time with this service others beware

Great Service & Products! The support from start to finish was great/prompt! I am sure they deal with missing packages all the time, and unfortunately I had that issue. They were prompt to get another package out to me, and it arrived in a few short days. May I add, Night Shred is by far one of my favorite supplements for sound sleep (throughout the night), and obviously the metabolism support/etc. While sleeping, highly recommend it.

Worst company and dodgy I ordered the night sleep product to Australia. 1 month later it’s still sitting in Germany according to DHL. I emailed customer service 2x… no response. It took me putting a bad Facebook comment to have them DM me. Then they expect me to get back to them in 48 hours for my package.! Then to make matters worst with this company, I have been charged for another subscription even though I 💯 did not subscribe 😡. I o lay asked for one product so I could try. The dodgy company stole another $100 from me!!! I have asked for a full refund both and still haven’t heard from them. Never agsin. I will buy in shops from now on. C***ts!
