Best customer service Best customer service! I forgot to add a promo code to my order before I checked out. I contacted their customer service who quickly responded and added my promo code so I could get the discount! I also LOVE these products! I have just started using them but I can already tell the innoshred is curbing my appetite and giving me energy.

Ordered Innosupps, product never arrived Ordered Innosupps. I live in Germany where Innosupps said they can deliver to. Package never arrived. I asked for a refund multiple times, and never received one. Do not recommend. *Edit* - since they did eventually provide a refund I'm bumping this to a 3 star.

Glad I was willing to try!! I am actually impressed! I bought 1 bottle at first because I wasn't sure if it would work, but I was willing to give it a try because of all the good reviews. I started to feel a difference in the 1st week. The gut bloating started going down which in turn started making me feel a whole lot better. So now I have a subscription and is even more active. I'm glad that I gave it a chance. Eventually, I'll be trying other Innosupps products.

Worst company and dodgy I ordered the night sleep product to Australia. 1 month later it’s still sitting in Germany according to DHL. I emailed customer service 2x… no response. It took me putting a bad Facebook comment to have them DM me. Then they expect me to get back to them in 48 hours for my package.! Then to make matters worst with this company, I have been charged for another subscription even though I 💯 did not subscribe 😡. I o lay asked for one product so I could try. The dodgy company stole another $100 from me!!! I have asked for a full refund both and still haven’t heard from them. Never agsin. I will buy in shops from now on. C***ts!

I ordered a big package to Norway and… I ordered a big package to Norway and never received it. I tried to get the money back and I never did. It got stopped at customs which is quite common in Norway, but they should have dealt with this. Now I live in Cyprus and I would still have liked to try the products, but I’m too hesitant now after my bad experience. Shame they never sorted my problem or gave me a refund.
