Insurance was being difficult, but Wayne did not hesitate to jump in to supply additional info, as well as battle on my behalf. He went above & beyond to make sure the roof was replaced in a VERY tight timeline. Communication was timely & extensive. Fantastic customer service with extensive industry knowledge.
