Highly recommend Service was excellent very professional and kind staff. They arrived early and worked very hard to replace the unit they ensured it worked properly before leaving .

Hughes Air , highly recommended Hughes Air was recommended to me by a friend/coworker. I had received a couple of quotes prior to contacting them. I didn’t think they would install in the Phoenix (cave creek and the 101) and was looking for a recommendation. After speaking to the dispatcher, I had a quote within the hour and an eta of a start date on Monday. I called the Thursday prior. They came on time, ready to work, polite and awesome. 7 hours later my ac was installed, working and I am thrilled. No pressure, competitive pricing and no drama install :). I found out later another friend had a similar experience with Hughes.

I was impressed by the service… I was impressed by the service technician's demeanor. He was forthright and explained what was going on with my system in terms I could understand. He was not pushy, unlike some other companies I've had service my unit. The prices were reasonable and the office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Service Both my A/C units failed on the hottest weekend of the year. Hughes Air came out twice and managed to get one working. They gave me an excellent price to replace both units the following week (they were old). Their service was excellent, and I highly recommend them.
