GBHorrible SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Be prepared to waste your time with company trying to get your money back for unauthorized orders I just got off the phone with customer service after over 34 minutes and no refund was made after they charged my bank over $232.74. What a SCAMMMMMMMM!!!! No email with invoice was sent but luckily I had screenshot my order upon completion when I purchased my first bottle $69 + tax = $74.35 which was then cancelled by seller and then they somehow processed $232.74... how is that even possible without authorization?

GBMultiple Purchase Customer Who Means Well… I have purchased several items and I cannot say one way or the other yet. I noticed that you are using canned responses here. That does, unfortunately, suggest that you really don't give a damn about these customers' issues. You should take seriously the fact that there are too many negative comments and stop using canned answers. Pay attention to the fact that many complaints are similar. That is highly suggestive too!

GBThis company took an unauthorised … This company made an unauthorised transaction to my account. The transaction has been reported as fraud. I went online looking at supplements but didn't order as the cost was nearly £200, so I bought a similar product for 15.00. When I checked my account I noticed they had claimed £181.28 plus a conversion fee of £5.49. I contacted my bank and the company made 2 unsuccessful attempts followed by a further fraudulent debit the following day. I neither authorised the order, nor gave them my address. Also they did not advise me nor confirm the order. I would advise anyone not to deal with them.
