Selling my house to Ohio Cash Buyers… Selling my house to Ohio Cash Buyers was one of the best decisions I have made in years. Super simple process (if you are prepared to actually sell!), quick and efficient. Tony and his whole team are exceptional - from the field crew to the office staff, everyone was responsive, friendly and respectful. The process was so fast that I hadn't even closed on my new property yet and had nowhere to go! No worries, Tony said, I could stay put until I was ready to move in the next few weeks. That is the difference between these guys and a lot of the others. I would use Ohio Cash Buyers again and I 100% recommend their services.

Ohio cash buyers were great to work… Ohio cash buyers were great to work with Tony came and looked at our home gave us a fair price what were wanted and closing was all taken care our even with my son the owner living in Nevada. 5 stars! 5 stars!! Heather, thanks so much for your help with our estate filing and process! When Heather and Ohio Cash buyers asked me to write a review, I was happy to do it! Setting up the initial appointment was simple, fast and comfortable. Tony came over and walked the house with my sister and I, then explained the whole process to us. It was easy to understand! From there, Heather and her office were a big help getting the estate process handled and filed for us, which was nice because that got more complicated than I thought it would. I recommend this company!

Do NOT EVER do business with these… Do NOT EVER do business with these shady people! They came to us after already having an offer from OfferPad and offered us a lil more than OfferPad. So, we cancelled our contract with OfferPad and accepted Ohio Cash Buyers offer. They asked us to hurry and sign the contract with them after we cancelled our offer with OfferPad and then right before signing the new contract, they sent us an email saying “ Hey so we are going to need to cancel the contract on our end. If Offerpad is really offering you that, then I would suggest you take it”. They knew we couldn’t go back to OfferPad after canceling for Ohio Cash Buyers and they just dismissed us like it’s just too bad. We lost 100s of dollars because of Ohio Cash Buyers and were stuck in our home with no jobs or income coming in. Because we THOUGHT we would be closing with them in the next 30 days. It took us 2 MONTHS after they cancelled to finally be able to close with a new buyer causing my wife who they KNEW suffers from Congestive Heart Failure at 45 years old and it caused her to be rushed to the ER where she stayed for a few days and the Dr’s were concerned she could get worse. We let Ohio Cash Buyers know what they had caused with their shady business practices and they didn’t even reply back. So, I implore you or ANYONE you might know that’s trying to sell their home, to NEVER EVER accept an offer from them! They should be put out of business for the way that they operate and they could careless about the people they are offering to buy their home. You will 1000% regret doing business with them. So if a guy named Ben from Ohio Cash Buyers calls you or makes you an offer on your home, RUN as fast as you can and go find you a realtor instead of dealing with scam artists! Ben is the WORST kind of person we dealt with selling our home! Do NOT do business with him!!
