Jamie and the team Jamie installed my heat pump and was fantastic work quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up behind himself my place was spotless when he left. The office was amazing keeping me updated, I felt well looked after before and after the install ( nothing was to much trouble for them)

Solar Thermal not heating water. We called out Jamie as our solar thermal didn't appear to be heating our tank even though the pump was running but the system control was showing that the temperature difference between the panels and the tank was just increasing with no temperature change to the tank. Jamie came round and diagnosed that the thermal systems expansion tank had failed. He had to get the part and returned the next day, even though it was the first day of his holiday, to complete the service and repairs. Within a couple of hours he had the system back up and running correctly. The tank is now being heated again

Very Professional Emma, Jamie and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and professional while installing our heat pump. They were quick to answer all our queries and also very quick to a respond to a very small problem with our system.
