After reading the customer reviews I gave them a call and was set up with an appointment the following day. After receiving several estimates my husband and I chose North Florida Roofing and we have not been disappointed. The process was painless and their knowledgeable office staff always handled any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The roof was finished on time. We couldn't be happier!

I was compelled to have him come give me a bid because of the customer service i received right off the bat with him. He was to the point. He wasn't the lowest bid, but all things considered i got a great deal and one heck of a roof. I also went with the lifetime warranty that they offered from owens corning.

Now, after speaking with "Kelly", I was told that they had a binding contract with me to do the work, and I've only seen representative from them twice. Once to look at home, and second time to conveniently take the check I received and paperwork from adjuster, and never return. The phone call that I did receive was from them having difficulty trying to cash the check and needing more information from me to do so. If this is a professional business, I'd hate to see a bad one.

Fair Price and no problems Solid company. I had 3 quotes done and these guys offered the best warranty. The installers showed a day later than discussed however everything was still finished earlier than expected. I would recommend them again.
