Fixlers blew my mind Fixlers blew my mind. I reached out to their main auto-attendant at 10 PM Monday about our mailbox that was run over and damaged. In short, at 6 PM Tuesday (on a rainy day) everything was done to perfection, from sourcing material to mixing cement, to nailing the thing together. Job well done!

Job not done, added to the TERRIBLE costumer service! TERRIBLE costumer service! I was told by Fixlers operator three times within two days that someone will reach out to me right away! and I will get a quote on the kitchen job badly needed. But no one actually ever reached out. After calling a fourth time to check if someone is really on top of this, or I should rather just give up. And I actually dared complaining about there costumer service and that I wasn’t taken care of....guess what, “I get a call from the boss.....stating that they can’t help me on the job I promised to be taken care of, because I complained to the rep I spoke earlier.....TERRIBLE customer service! :-(
