Edgar Torres Edgar came highly recommended to me by a neighbor who had repair work/remodeling performed by him. I rent out a condo I own in which I live 2000 miles away and can’t be there in person, and must rely on others to provide me the current status and condition. I was informed by the HOA Board that my fireplace chimney on the roof of my building was being held up or supported by some rope and that I needed to check on it. When I called Edgar, he was in the local vicinity and immediately went over to inspect the chimney. He took the initiative to call the board and obtained access to the roof. He took detailed videos of the chimney and surrounding roof area and immediately texted them to me. Someone had wrapped cable wire and rope around the chimney. Edgar inspected the chimney and made certain it was secure and stable all within a few hours of calling him. Edgar is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and keeps you informed as to the extent and nature of the work that he performs. He is extremely polite and cordial, yet professional in dealing with his customers and provides you with a sense of confidence, especially when you can’t be there yourself and are 2000 miles away. He does not prize gouge and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend him for small or large repairs, kitchen and bathroom remodels, etc.

A contractor you can trust I had worked with another contractor that went MIA. Edgar was very communicative with the progress being made and what was left to be done. The work he did was great as well. You could tell he cared about even the smallest details. I always recommend his team.
