Brilliant service from start to finish Brilliant service from start to finish. Our consultation was over the phone who took time to understand the situation with our current boiler, and what we were likely to need as a replacement. Then rather than have an engineer come to visit us to confirm this, he came in for an inspection physically. The quote came over with three options, we discuss it and amazingly didn't recommend the most expensive option. We needed the new boiler ASAP and were slotted in for two days time. The engineer carried out the work quickly and we are really pleased

Patiently waited whilst I swapped over 12 radiators myself. Told him when I was ready and within two weeks had my new Valiant fitted by Manni who was wonderful. Not a bad word to say.
