Product hasn't shipped - no communication I'm in the same boat with the rest of the 1-star reviewers - ordered the product in April, hasn't shipped 6 weeks later. No communication from Bear Balanced. I've reached out three times via email with no response. Frustrating - as customer service should be the easy part of any business. Order #2020670

Terrible customer service I pre-ordered 2 bags of creatine gummies from Bear Balanced about 2 months before it was available and paid for them fully. I was emailed that my order had been shipped in July 2023 and it’s now middle of September and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried contacting the company in multiple ways to either deliver the products I paid for or refund my money without any success.

Absolute trash company. Absolute trash company. I never write negative reviews, but I have to broadcast my experience to help prevent others from getting scammed. Like many other reviews here, I ordered and paid and got a few emails about delays and then nothing…. Multiple emails and nothing…. Finally was in contact with a sales person by text named “Jessica” who initially promised to try and help but all she did was defer me to emailing contact@bearbalanced and sales@bearbalanced and completely useless otherwise. Poor Excuse for Business that only has 1 Product Ordered Jan 25th when said in stock and paid for express shipping. Did not ship until April 13th, which was 2 days after requesting a refund. Emailed multiple times never got a response. Only time company responded was when I posted on their social media. Product itself is ok but I wouldn’t ever order from again because terrible customer service and have no idea if/when you will receive product. Also was shipped USPS Parcel Select Ground when paid for Express.
