The One to Go With After at least half a dozen quotes and a ton of market research, I can say with certainty that I’m glad we landed on Pacific Air to replace our entire home HVAC system. The whole team was incredibly professional and courteous. Our project manager, Cesar, was always quick to respond, informative, and honest. He made us feel comfortable from the moment he stepped into our home. After some consideration, we opted for some upgrades to our current set up and don’t regret it. The pricing was fair and beat out few other quotes for higher quality equipment. The installation teams were always on time, friendly, and very respectful of our needs and urgent timing (the baby was due just a week after the install started). He asked a lot of questions which was a welcome change from others who just come in a give a quick look and give you a big estimate. When I asked about a veteran discount, he was quick to let me know that they do offer that and changed the estimate to reflect that.
