He asked a lot of questions which was a welcome change from others who just come in a give a quick look and give you a big estimate. When I asked about a veteran discount, he was quick to let me know that they do offer that and changed the estimate to reflect that.

After I approved the estimate, 2 guys came in to do the actual work. They completed the job in a timely manner and were professional the entire time.
