He asked a lot of questions which was a welcome change from others who just come in a give a quick look and give you a big estimate. When I asked about a veteran discount, he was quick to let me know that they do offer that and changed the estimate to reflect that.

We had our air ducts cleaned by 2… We had our air ducts cleaned by 2 wonderful gentleman the other day. They went above and beyond to help us, walk us through what they saw and did some rodent extraction. They were polite, professional, quick and thorough. We had one of them back out the next day to complete a dryer vent cleaning, and he was great the second time as well. We were very satisfied with our service. Highly recommend.

overall good experience We recently had some rodent problem and contacted pacific air to fix it. I worked with Sam and Edel. They explained the process in detail and communicated throughout the process. We just got it done, so can’t say that the rodent issue is gone, but I liked the overall experience so far and would definitely recommend them.
