Beware of this Company. Beware of this Company. I was told approximately three weeks from the start for the fence to be installed, it's been over a month. They sent the permit request to the wrong township for approval. I only found out because the township sent the permit application back to me. The Permit request was incorrect, it stated Vinyl fence installation, I was having a Wood fence installation.. The company thought this was New Construction and its not, its replacement of the existing fence. I had to explain all of this this through text messages. I was asked if the installer could come out on Thursday between 10am and 11am, he had some questions about the installation, I agreed. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate. I then get a text message confirming the appointment and that the installer will be out at 1pm because he can't make it at 10am! I lost total confidence in their ability to install the fence correctly and support their work afterwards. If they can't pay attention to the details of the paperwork, understanding the details of the project and proper communications with the customer when there is an issue, how can I trust them to install the fence. It's a lot of money so you'd think they would. And nobody ever thought to call me and discuss any of this in an actual conversation. It was all done through text message.

Ergeon did an amazing job! Ergeon did an amazing job with our backyard fence project. Summer is coming and the neighbor behind us has toddlers who play in his backyard. Combine that with a dilapidated old fence with missing slats and the fact that we have a pool. It could have been a disaster waiting to happen. We called Ergeon, they offered a great value. Plus, they lost no time in communicating with the neighbor behind us and with no delay the project was started. This company is fast! In one day we had our new fence and can breathe a sigh of relief that our yard is secure and ready for summer. Plus, it's a beautiful fence that adds beauty to our yard. Great company with amazing customer service!

From start to finish was this… From start to finish was this installation was excellent. The two guys that came to put in 50 feet of fence. Did it in about four hours and the work was excellen they cleaned up and you couldn’t tell that they were there. I just walked out and saw a nice new fence as promised I had a small issue to deal with they resolved it within two working days. Mind you they did all this during the rainy season that we just went through. As far as the negative reviews that I’ve read industrial like they need a little work, ironing out a few things, but they are courteous and you couldn’t ask for nicer people to deal with, so I gave the five stars for the excellent work on the fence as that’s what I felt felt should be reviewed.
